Content Creator

Freelance | Hybrid – Brighton & Remote
Approx. 14 hours per week

Come and help build one of the UK's fastest-growing LGBTQ+ menswear brands.

DEN Loungewear creates premium underwear, gymwear, swimwear and loungewear designed for comfort, confidence and community. Since launching in 2021, we've built a loyal international following and have become a recognised name within the LGBTQ+ community.

We're now looking for a creative Content Creator to help tell the next chapter of our story.

We're looking for someone who loves creating content, has a natural eye for what works on Instagram, and gets excited by turning everyday moments into videos people actually want to watch.

You'll work directly with the founder, allowing you to shape the brand's content, personality, and growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Every week, you'll create content that showcases life inside DEN.

That might include:

  • Filming behind the scenes at our Brighton HQ.

  • Capturing new product launches and sample arrivals.

  • Creating engaging Instagram Reels.

  • Following social media trends and adapting them for the brand.

  • Planning content ideas with the founder.

  • Writing captions and scheduling posts.

  • Working with ambassadors, creators and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

  • Helping launch new collections and campaigns.

  • Reviewing what's performing well and continually improving our content.

You'll have plenty of creative freedom, and we're always open to trying new ideas.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Loves creating content.

  • Has an instinct for what performs well on Instagram.

  • Is confident filming with a smartphone.

  • Can edit engaging short-form video using CapCut or similar software.

  • Is creative, organised and full of ideas.

  • Enjoys working independently.

  • Has a genuine understanding of LGBTQ+ culture and community.

  • Wants to help grow a small independent brand.

Experience is useful, but we're much more interested in creativity, enthusiasm and the quality of your work than the number of years on your CV.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

  • Canva

  • Adobe Creative Suite

  • Photography

  • Fashion or lifestyle brands

  • Influencer marketing

The Details

Location: Hybrid. We expect approximately one day each week at our Brighton HQ to create content, with the remaining hours worked remotely.

Hours: Around 14 hours per week on a long-term freelance basis.

Rate: depending on experience.
