Unfortunately not, you can see the value of your cart in $ but you will be charged in £GBP at the current conversion rate by Paypal.

Do you accept returns?

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or is defective please e-mail us atinfo@denloungewear.comand we will do our best to rectify the situation.  

For hygiene reasons, please wear underwear when trying on your Union Suit. We cannot accept returns for any garments that have been visibly worn unless faulty.

Will I need to pay for Customs, VAT and/or Excise Duty?

If you are based outside of the UK, you may need to pay additional import charges for your order. These costs vary by location. For a guide, visit for a quick calculation. *please note we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this calculator, please check with local import laws for further clarity. 

How many days do I have to request an exchange or return?

All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 5 working days from when we receive your return to process the refund back to your original method of payment. Please note postage is non refundable.

I’ve placed an order but realised Ive made a mistake, can it be amended ?

As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched, we should be able to amend the order.
