Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@denloungewear.com or by requesting a return through your customer account Orders page.

Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned:

  • Within 14 days of receipt;

  • Unworn and unwashed;

  • In its original packaging;

  • Complete with all original tags and labels attached;

  • In a clean, resaleable condition.

Please include your name and order number, together with a note explaining whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Return Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit before they reach us.

Trying On Garments

Please avoid wearing aftershave, deodorant, makeup or other products that may leave marks, stains or odours on garments.

For hygiene purposes, please ensure underwear is worn when trying on DEN union suits and other garments.

Items returned with marks, stains, odours, pet hair or other signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@denloungewear.com so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, DEN Loungewear will reimburse reasonable return postage costs and provide either a replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

Important Information

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if returned items are not in a resaleable condition.

Returns remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us, and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Distance selling regulations

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations state that you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from www.denloungewear.com for a full refund. In the event of a cancellation, you must inform us by email and be sure to quote your order number. This must be done within 7 working days of delivery of your item(s). E-mail is acceptable and should be sent to our customer care department (the email address can be found on the contact us page), or by post to the address above.

On acceptance of the cancellation, the goods must be returned in their original condition within 14 days to the address above. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service that offers insurance. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us.
